For four months now, my sister is just at home because her doctor advised her to have a complete bed rest since she has a critical pregnancy.   Because of the critical condition of my sister I will be the only one making all the preparations for the baby shower but I have already talked with my sister. In the house, my husband often smokes and I am an asthmatic person that is why I asked my friends what to do in order to destroy the tobacco smoke and they told me to buy an ozone generator.   My five year old son who loves to play the Playstation both the portable and slim version, has been lately playing the Toy Story 3 , Despicable Me and Time Crisis game, and easily gets excited every time his dad would give him a new game. He gets to play his game for a maximum of two hours, I try to arrange a schedule on his playing time, every morning after doing his chores of making his bed, taking a bath and eating breakfast. My son does not attend any summer classes, usually after lunch, he gets to do some arts and crafts activities, and the lately I introduced him to robot kits. His dad and I thought of purchasing the lego mindstorms, it is made of lego bricks combined with the lego gears, axels and beams which our son is familiar with, we know he would enjoy it. Before giving it to him to tinker, his dad and I tried it ourselves and studied it’s features, a friend even suggested Ibotz robot kits equipped with wheels and for it is a beginners robot kit too. With the Ibotz robot kits and Lego Mindstorms to choose from , we decided on the Lego Mindstorms NXT version, it has three servo motors and four sensors for touch, light, sound, and distance, and the appearance seem more enticing and appealing. After a barbecue family lunch one weekend, we presented our son the Lego Mindstorms robot kit, he was surprised and showed so much enthusiasm, we spent 30 minutes in building the lego robot together. And his dad and I with the help of the easy to use software we were able to build and customized the robot with his own sound, we just left the programming for later when we have mastered the basics.

For a whole month, I went on a trip in Southeast Asia last year for a research sponsored by our company based in Atlanta which I could not turn down because it is the turning point of my career as a social scientist. Since I was a kid I really liked to ride a motorcycle that is why I do not have the difficulty to used motorcycle parts and what are the function of those parts, it was because my father taught me all this things because we both like riding any motorcycles. I am not a workaholic before, I do not think I am because , I always have time for my family and for my kids and every night, before I go home, I always bring pizza or some food for the family I have left at home. I noticed that I have been a very busy person lately and this is just because of some reasons that I made myself look busy or just trying to be busy to forget some things like the Railroadmuseums. I am just trying to avoid some things that just happened and I just do not want to remember anything about it so I just keep myself busy. Well, I think this is also a good opportunity for me on my work to be done on time and to just have a good job because when we had the arguments, I sacrificed a lot of work and time which is supposedly spent for working. I am simply running away from the thought of me and my girlfriends break up last week so I am trying to do things twice as much than the usual so as not to remember a thing.   I know it sounds cowardly running away from something that I am not really comfortable to think about but I think you just have to understand that what I am going through is something that is not easy. Never will I ever surrender because the future of my kids is on my hands and being the father, I should guide them the path to success and to being good individuals. I have learned a lot from my father and it is from his principles that I followed and I have been applying to my family and to my duties of being a father and I always give due credits to my dad for every thing.

A dull and idle day my classmates and I strolled around the campus looking for some trips to get rid of the bored moment when we came upon a room and eavesdrop to the two persons talking which is an upper class in our school that he is now in his seventh years in college and a sophomore student asking him to join the Phi Chi Theta fraternity. The latter hesitated if he is going to join because of the initiation that he will be going through nevertheless he was convinced by the upper class man. After that scene we proceeded walking until we reached the back part of the construction and there we saw a mango and one of my classmates decided to climb to get us some fresh fruits. It tasted genuinely sweet and we brought some for home then on our way out we passed by the canteen to quench our thirst which my former schoolmate drank three glasses of water. Unluckily as we were approaching the safety house one of the guards named our attending since he saw the mangoes and asked us if where did we get those because we were afraid to be trounced and be called by the head teacher one of us said the truth however lucky for us we just gave some to the guards. Our daylight did not yet end here because we still ate some tempura, fish balls and kwikkwik outside our school and we were so total and rum it may seems but it is true that it was one of our schoolfellows first time to deplete kwikkwik. We then went home and we were so amused that a dull and unwarranted 24 hour interval went very generative, full of adventures and experiences. We were as happy as we parted ways and contrived to do it again following time.

Marriages are not like fairy tales or romance movies with a happy ending, the reality is that most if not all undergo rocky situations. Although marriage counselors refer to these situation as healthy, we find some cases where conflicting personalities get in the way or whatever differences in the way they were brought up by their families are just a few of the factors attributed to separation or even divorce. But those third party involvements by either the husband or the wife are the most prominent of all, however, in any of these cases it is something no one ever prays would happen most especially if they already have kids. The process with which failed marriages that apply for a legal remedy otherwise termed as divorce is not easy option, in some states when a partner is at fault due to a third party, they will be made to pay penalties which is a big sum of money.   But this does not hold true in the case of my cousin from the Big Apple, with the cheap no fault divorce in ny, his disastrous marriage out of clashing differences with his husband allowed them to separate with no penalty at all. The legal remedy was because it was proven beyond reasonable doubt that no third party was involved, even if it is a sad predicament, it lessens the burden for both parties, now, the father can still see and support them financially while maintaining a good relationship with her. They had been married for four years and even if they are not together anymore I cannot help but notice that it is healthy that they have maintained a friendly connection with each other not only for the sake of the children but also with themselves as separate individuals.
